Now,the greeter was extremely nice and apologized for the wait. So I get in,order and get my 16oz prime rib and it was hard as a board and very bland. The first time I've experienced a bad prime rib here. I should've said something but I was on a time frame and I had to wait to get in,so I just had to grin and bear this one. Not happy with this particular visit. Bad from start to finish.
