    29 degrees out and they give cold burgers and fries. Then when you ask for hot food they take it back and through your cold fries in the deep fryer after they have been already fried and microwave your cold burger. This is what you pay almost $10.00 for. Sloppy burgers in sloppy wrappers. A 5 year old can do better then this.

    Customer service is horrible! They will let you stand at the counter forever! You have to say something for them to come to take your order. Food is overpriced, and sandwiches have gotten smaller! Food is cold. I got a quarter pounder that one side of the burger was burnt! The roaches crawling across the floor in broad daylight was enough for me! This McDonald's use to be one of the best in the area. Not the case since they renovated. Quality of food went down and customer service is horrible. Won't be going there to eat again!!!

    Went to this location on the pm hours of 8pm- 9pm. Service was horrible. Sad thing was that i was the only one in there. The drive thru line was long. The employee decided he was going to serve the drive thru line and i waited over 20 minutes just to get my order. On top of that the fries were cold, the food barely warm. They didnt have the decency to apologize for me waiting. Poor customer sevice.

    Very rarely get my order correct but if I catch it before leaving they are quick to make it right and the workers are usually very polite.
