  Would not let me use the bathroom with a toddler even though I ordered food! Management needs to change the supervisor. No concept of customer service! Disgusting

  Service is horrible, I don’t know who they got working here but this one of the worst McDonald’s I been too. I stop by at this location time to time because of work but everytime I come here I spend about 20-30 minutes waiting for my order even when no customers are present.

  This location is always terrible. Ordered two sandwiches waited 10 minutes to be handed a bag that I had been looking at for over five minutes sitting on the counter in the back to get lukewarm soggy sandwiches. No one works the inside dining room it’s pathetic.

  On 12/2/25 did a curbside order and parked in space 3. We waited for 30 minutes, figuring the store was very busy. As cars around us in their pick up spots (though no one came out) started to leave, we went inside. Could not reach counter due to 20 people waiting for orders and no one available to speak to. We waited a few more minutes and then decided to use the drive-thru to check on order. Especially because my order had disappeared from the app telling us the approximate wait time. Just telling us to enjoy our order. One we had not received. We went to the order board and were asked to go around to window. He couldnt find our order after looking several different ways. The manager couldnt find our order either. Though, both could see my order confirmation email. She apologized, letting me know that she had a bunch of new people and no one to train them. That the trainers didn't show up. She said she would make our order right. She put in the info, handed me our receipt and sent me to the next window. The window where she seemed to had no record of our order. I had to hand her our receipt so she could get it together. She handed us our drink after questioning if we had them already. She gathered our grinch meals. As we left, it was an hour from our original order time. We got to our destination to eat. We had 8 chicken nuggets instead of 10, and no socks in one of our meals. How does this happen!? This entire process was a disaster. The people were nice, but, there is a huge disconnect here. I didn’t go back to the store because it was too late. But, I can tell you, Im not sure if I will trust this location again. Especially for curbside.
