At least the two I met while at the drive through over the speaker. Asked for my code and I questioned if the name on the order was good or if they needed me to look at the app (I've never ordered drivethrough on mobile prior) and they answered "what do you think??" I dont know.. thats probably why im asking you. I kept a nice tone when I gave her the code and said thank you, pulled away, and before I even left the speaker the lady at the speaker forgot to turn her mic off I guess — and mocked my words (even mocking me saying thank you??). Perhaps some of (not all) your workers deserve the disrespect they give to their customers! Its NOT that hard to be nice when spoken to politely. Besides that a nice location and the managers they usually have seem quite friendly.

The next window had no one there, looked very empty so I continued to the next window. Normally, I have been told to just continue to the next window. I told the cashier at the pickup window I still needed to pay and tried to explain. She was rude and said “people don’t know how to follow instructions”. There are certain ways and words to use to communicate with customers. I apologized and explain no one was at the window once again.
