  Le Boulevard is one of the best Haitian restaurants I’ve been to! The fried fish was seasoned perfectly and cooked just right — crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The customer service here is outstanding! Everyone is friendly, attentive, and they truly make you feel welcome. If you’re looking for authentic Haitian food with excellent service, Le Boulevard is definitely the place to go!

  I’ve had lunch here 3 times in the last 2 weeks- everything has been great. My personal favorite is the jerk chicken wings/fries combo. Great price and full of flavor. The owner is one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with (not an exaggeration!). Felix, the GM, is attentive and knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to try something a little different at a great price

  A Perfect 50th Birthday Celebration at La Boulevard! La Boulevard provided the most wonderful setting for my husband's 50th birthday party, and the entire experience exceeded all of my expectations. The process was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, thanks to the exceptional Event Manager, Mildred. She was a joy to work with—professional, organized, and truly listened to my vision, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. The atmosphere itself was stunning. The decorations were nothing short of beautiful, creating an elegant and festive mood that perfectly matched the celebratory occasion. Of course, a great party needs great food, and La Boulevard delivered! The food was delicious, receiving rave reviews from all of our guests. Beyond the cuisine, the service was outstanding. Daniel, the owner, and his entire staff were incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the evening. They handled everything with grace and efficiency, making sure everyone felt welcome and cared for. Ultimately, the best measure of a party's success is the guests' experience, and everyone had a wonderful time. La Boulevard gave us a perfect, stress-free evening filled with happy memories. If you are looking for a venue for a special occasion, look no further. Highly recommended!

  By far the BEST, most authentic tasting Haitian food in Delaware! Yep I said it, and stand by it! Usually I wait to try multiple items prior to leaving a 5 star review. BUT in this case the Haitian black rice (diri djon djon), fried pork (griot), pikliz and sauce were so incredibly good that I just had to give them a deserving 5 star review! The food here is every bit as good as you'll find in the Haitian restaurants of North Jersey, New York, Miami etc. This spot is a great addition to the Dover food scene
