- WCWendy Jazmin Colato5 days ago1.0I left the drive-thru in the middle of ordering due to poor customer service. From the beginning, the employee had a rude and sarcastic attitude. When I asked for an iced cocoa cloud latte with chocolate (my first time ordering it), I was told it already comes with chocolate, but the response was given with an unnecessary attitude. When I asked for a pink donut, the drive-thru employee replied sarcastically, “You mean a strawberry donut?” Management needs to work on Customer service with there employees!
