They are so cute and bubbly and put a smile on my face. Again, I come just about every morning before I go into work. They always get my iced coffee right but if I add ANYTHING like food there's always an issue. One day they gave me someone else's bag (with their name on it and not mine - I always order ahead on app) If I redeem points for free food they NEVER give it to me. I have to ask for it and they'll make it up on the spot. Today they forgot my munchkins. If they could get the food orders right it'd be at least 4 stars from me. The drive thru line can be wonky and backed up but I've never sat in the line in an unreasonable amount of time. I tried to call about my messed up order it just rings out and no voicemail. But I'm not hesitant that they won't honor this when I pop up tomorrow morning so I'm not worried just an inconvenience when you had your mind set on something sweet. Great location compared to others in the area.
