The point of a mobile order is so that you don't have to wait. I have walked in twice in the last week after placing a mobile order, I place it 15 minutes ahead of time!!!! I have to wait ever single time, and then the crew members just look at you like your crazy when you ask them why they haven't even started your order. Management really needs to step in and retrain these crew members this is awful. And whoever is the crew mangers doesn't care and is just as rude. I watched a poor older lady wait at the counter to place a order and they kept telling her to use the screen, She had no idea how to use it!!!!!!!! And she kept asking so nicely if someone could please just take her order, finally a crew member took the order...I'm sure they are only treating people like this because they have their own issues to work through, but come on.

I asked an employee if there could have been a mistake, if the mobile tray was used for All orders, and was told it was just for mobile orders, so I didn't plan to touch a stranger's coffee. When it had sat there for too long, I was told it was mine buy a different employee. When I told them how their system had failed, I got only a rude and non-apologetic response. Great excuse to just make my coffee at home, who's got time for this?
