  Don’t order through the screens inside. I just paid $6.50 for a $5.00 meal deal and would’ve had to pay extra for hash browns. I understand picking your coffee and sandwich but you also have to select your hash browns like they have different hash brown options. I didn’t realize that and at the counter, I was told I’d have to pay extra because she would have to have the meal refunded and re-entered. Completely over-designed, order with a human.

  I come here almost daily on my ride to work. As busy as they always are (busy area cant blame them) I have never had a problem with accuracy, time to receive and quality of service. They can have that line all the way out to Forest Ave, but still keep it moving. I am often recognized by name and met with a smiling face. I would recommend this dunkin over any other dover/camden (never go to camden they are always RUDE and ANGRY) dunkin. As someone with 3 years of experience at McDonalds, they amaze me every day.

  I asked for a Medium hot chocolate And they give me a Hot original coffee And the coffee did not taste good it tasted like water

  I wanted to try Dunkin for the first time today so I stopped by this place omw home and I was just standing there at the register for like 5 minutes before the girl there even talked to me(she was doing the drive thru so I was patient and gave her time) she then told me she'll be with me in a while and I waited for another 5 minutes then she took my order and I paid for it. Tell me why I was there for almost 25 more minutes just waiting for an original blend and one donut. Then another lady came to help behind the register and she asked the first one who took my order what my order was coz she realized I had been there for long, she then said "I'm making it, I already told her" with an attitude. Even the guy behind me came 10 minutes after me and was served and left before me!!! She served like 10 drive thru customers while I was standing there like I'm still a customer hello and I packed to do a walk in order coz it was my first time. Honestly it was a terrible experience but maybe I'll try another location hopefully they have better service

  Ordered a blueberry muffin from here yesterday evening. Right toward the bottom of the muffin, it was gooey. I've been having nausea continuing into the next day and I think that may be the reason why. And the time before that, my chocolate glazed donut was oddly soggy. Not giving this place another chance.
