  Today was my first and last—time visiting Charlie’s. I was genuinely excited to try it since we don’t have one in my area, but that excitement ended quickly. I approached the counter where a short Mexican woman was preparing one order. There was no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” not even eye contact. She continued her work without acknowledgment. After about ten minutes, I finally asked, “Are we only working on one order at a time?” She responded, “Oh, are you ready to order?” I said yes, politely but firmly. Even after that, she took another seven minutes to finish the first order—and still didn’t take mine. Once done, she continued walking around, completely ignoring me. Then, a white woman walked up, waited less than two minutes, and immediately had her order taken and prepared. I was still standing there, invisible. By this point, I had been waiting fifteen minutes with zero acknowledgment. There’s no reasonable explanation for this. Staff clearly need to be retrained on basic respect and customer service. This experience was disappointing and uncomfortable enough that I won’t be returning. If an employee feels that comfortable ignoring a customer so blatantly, it raises real concerns about how they treat others when no one’s watching.

  Excellent flavor, cheesesteak, hot French Fries, grilled Chicken too ! Right next to Movie theater inside.
