When I brought it to a team member’s attention, she spoke with the manager on duty, Jordan, who told me that the portion I received was “correct.” I come to this location often, and this has never been the case before the portions are usually much more reasonable. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I would have to pay extra just to get a proper amount of chicken on my salad. As a loyal customer, this was frustrating and honestly disappointing. This could have been handled much better with simple customer service. I’ve always had good experiences here, but this one really missed the mark.

She was passive aggressive and rude… She just might’ve didnt want to work today… but come on now… What happened to “my pleasure”? I can’t get a job at CFA but people like HER can??? do better GABBIE!
