Completely unacceptable experience.
My wife and I visited the Arby’s in Dover, DE (1708 location) expecting a simple, peaceful meal. We were the ONLY customers inside, yet from the moment we approached the counter, the employee’s attitude (Keiasia) was cold, dismissive, and openly unwelcoming.
Instead of being greeted like paying customers, we were made to feel as if we were loitering—despite clearly being in the process of ordering. There was no confusion. Just unnecessary hostility.
The tone remained tense the entire time, and after we completed our order, we were abruptly asked for a last name in a way that felt less like standard procedure and more like continued irritation. Again—there was no one else in the building.
What makes this even more disappointing is that we didn’t come in casually. We came in during a difficult time in our lives, hoping for something small to lift our spirits. Instead, we left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and honestly worse than when we walked in.
This is not just “bad service.” This is a failure in basic professionalism and human decency.
We will not be returning to this location. Management should take this seriously, review what happened, and ensure that no other customers are treated this way.
If camera footage is reviewed, it will clearly reflect exactly what I’m describing.

The worst Arby's I've ever been to. It was very dirty and the service was very bad. You ask to correct an order and the staff catches an attitude. ?

Food is good however the worker forgot to put my curly fries in the bag so my man went in to get them she then argued with him she put them in the bag babygirl no you didn't I just wanted what I paid for will not be going here no more

I made an online order. I go to pick it up there’s only one car in the driveway so I decide to just go through there. I wait over 10 minutes for the car in front of me, which is crazy because I get parked even when there’s no cars behind me! I should have just gone in to begin with but anyway, alll my food was cold not even warm. No marinara sauce for my moz sticks and no bbq like I requested. Also they gave me a small drink when I paid for a large. The lady taking orders is always pleasant and positive. Not sure what’s going on with management but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location.
