  A McDonald's opened 24 hours should not be closed at 1am, and if this location isn't 24 hours that's something the higher ups failed to report to Google the time change so people know- however, under no circumstances should an employee thinks it's okay to yell through the intercom of the drive through that they're closed and to leave their drive thru (mind you, I had JUST pulled up literally a minute ago)

  The services is so bad no one there to help I made a mobile order iv been waiting for a long time it’s not the only time that happens it happens every time I come to this location same people they don’t wanna talk to you. And there is not enough people to help

  The drive thru line was extremely long, went in to order did not get any service for over 15 minutes! Employees ignored me and other patrons. I left with no food. NEVER AGAIN! This location fell off badly.

  Absolutely abysmal experience. I have been here several times and the service has been truly awful. Two noteable events come to mind; I spent over 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru for a McDouble when there weren't any other cars there. Decided I would give them one more chance and tried the Big Arch Burger, only one patty was cooked and the other was raw in the middle.

  Why are fried apple pies on the menu on the kiosk and why could I order 3 of them if they aren’t available until may? Makes no sense and I just wasted $2.50 and my reward points for regular pies. 👎🏻 fix yalls menu if you don’t even have the food released yet. No refund or nothing, just got the wrong order with no warning.
