They never have milkshakes because the machine is always down espeecially when the heavier set, laziest manager who is 100 rude works(im suprised he even was considered that position realy, 75 percent of them dont know how to interact like humans and are rude, they have no drive to help you or let you leave with a satisfactory experience ..

I see behind the counter ton of box and cups with it. The response was they don't go look and pick it for you. They grab what they can and give you the food. I asked for the manager, the girl points to the guy there.. Who repeated the Same thing... Then he ignores me and continue to organize coins, one at a time.
