- BJBriunna JohnsonSep 19, 20221.0I usually don't have an issue and my review is directed at the company not the employees that tried to rectify the issue. You upped the cost of bufflo wings and the sizes of the wings shrank tremendously. it's not worth the almost 30$ spent.

I came in and asked for 5 wings and 5 thighs with 6 biscuits. The cashier repeated my order to me correctly and I paid for my food. However…I was given 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs. It’s not a huge deal other than the fact that the prices aren’t the same and I didn’t get what I requested. I was in Wilmington when I realized the issue and after a very brief phone call with the manager…not only am I not getting any money back but in order for the order to be fixed I have to back track to have them fix my order that they messed up. I…like some of the other customers who stopped in tonight was passing thru Claymont. If you can’t fill an order right you need to offer a remedy to keep your customers satisfied. I will not return to this establishment. I’m not wasting money on good food and very poor customer service. And I’m telling people not to come based off of the owners response!!!
