  Reviewers are spot on. Employees are too cool to work. Skimped me on every item besides the sauce. Rice was soggy. Customer service nonexistent, despite me being the only customer there.

  We were so excited when a Chipotle opened less than a mile from our house. My husband and I have been here several times and it just keeps getting worse. There is always a long line and disorganization. The worst part is none of the employees can roll a burrito. Today, I finally stood up for myself after receiving this complete abomination. Of course I was met with an attitude. In another review someone said the only way to save this location is to fire all the staff and start over, and I couldn’t agree more. I guess we will trek over to the one on 202 because at least they’re consistent and friendly.

  Regrettably, I experienced a highly disappointing visit to this Chipotle outlet. I placed my order online, which proved to be my initial error. Upon arrival, I waited nearly ten minutes only to discover that I did not receive the items I initially ordered. I attempted to cancel the order to obtain a full refund, but no staff member was able to assist me. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager to ensure I received my full refund, all I received was a piece of paper bearing the supervisor’s name and a shrug. Additionally, when I asked for a receipt or some form of proof that the order had been canceled, I was met with an attitude and unprofessional conduct. The entire experience was exceedingly frustrating, unprofessional, and unpleasant. It raises the question: how can a customer spend thirty dollars on a meal ordered online via the Chipotle website, and if the order is incorrect or unavailable, there appears to be no mechanism for obtaining a refund? Even the store general manager was unable to assist. According to a customer support representative, they were unwilling to facilitate the refund process. Consequently, I am left out of thirty dollars, attributable to Chipotle’s poor customer service and the rude behavior exhibited by store supervisor Jillian and general manager Robert Duran. Fortunately, the Chipotle cashiers displayed understanding and did their best to assist. Thank you, all.

  Absolutely AWFUL service. Placed an online order at 6:15 to pick up at 6:30. The order still wasn’t even started after 7. The employees were just standing around. Left the restaurant and called customer service and was able to get a refund. Don’t waste your time going here- go to El Diablo instead.
