Little did I know I had nothing to worry about. Jianna (hope I spelled it right) immediately took charge of the situation and updated my order to be immediate. She was very personable and likeable and made me feel as though, not only was it not an issue but, like I was the most important person in the building. (I wonder if this is what a celebrity feels like?) Anywho, I've worked in the customer service industry for more than 30 years and if I was a still a leader in Small Business at the bank I would poach her. I may still try. Amazing job Jianna!!!
