  My wife bought three meals. The burgers were good, but they give a fraction of the amount of fries, especially at 6.99 for each fries. Won't be back. 3 meals cost over 35 dollars. You used to pay for a good deal. Now they're just ripping customers off

  I always wondered why this place was mainly deserted. I've heard great things about five guys in general so I decided to go try it. I wish I never did. Let me start with the good: The floors were clean, it wasn't packed, you can watch them cook your food. Now the okay: The food is either bland ( 0 flavor or identity) and the fries are the same, but for the most part by time you get home you'll discover the fries that were thrown in the bag are now soggy and oily. But I can stomach unmemorable food, it's fine. And finally the wait times are perhaps 5-15 minutes, which I'll take for fresh food. Now the bad: the price is way too much for flavorless food. They aren't near a restaurant's quality or experience, especially since there isn't much tables to sit at. The area where you'd get drinks, utensils, ketchup and vinegar was messy, to the point you could tell the counter hadn't been wiped much. However all this could be brushed off, IF the service wasn't rude and inappropriate. The college or highschool guys that work there give you 2 experiences that I saw that day given to me and the 2 other customers there, if you're a girl they will flirt with you in a crude distasteful way, even offering their discounts to gain their numbers. If you're a guy, they will treat you as if you are bothering them. I saw them forget an older man's shake, ignored him for a good bit while he tried to get their attention, made a hassle to get him to show his receipt, only to make it wrong. It seems like their priority is hanging out over actually trying to do the job they were hired for. I'll just stick with Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, McDonald's, or Jersey Mike's for now on.

  It was incredible. With music, the atmosphere was incredible. We ordered some burgers, shakes and fries. Our food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and professional. The service was great. The restroom clean and well maintained. I strongly recommend this place

  I go to this five guys and its like they hold back on the fries you get. No other five guys do this at all. Feel like I didn't get what I paid for.

  Got a burger, fries, and a drink, $19.99. Burger was alright, not noteworthy. The fries were soggy and disappointing. The first beverage I tried was aweful. Two people helped me, the 1st person was not pleasant but the other person was. Used to be an avid fan of the chain, but not likely anymore.
