So what was the reason you continued to serve something Burnt to a customer smh . Because if it was busy I would have gave them the benefit of the doubt. Mind you when I took it inside the young lady that was making the drink was laughing smh .. Dunkin yall need to do better .

Often we pull up to the order speaker, they completely ignore us, then the younger guy at the drive-thru snaps with a nasty tone saying we “aren’t pulled up enough to be seen.” Really? You can see my vehicle from a mile away, that excuse is laughable. His attitude and loud disrespectful tone is not appreciated and after today will not be returning. On top of the attitude, the dishonesty is unbelievable. Today was the final straw. I had ordered two 25-count Wicked Munchkins last time. The woman tells me they “only have ten left.” Then when I get to the window, the entire tray is full of the exact munchkins I ordered. Flat-out lying right to the customer’s face. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. This is the third time in a row the staff has been rude or dishonest. It’s beyond ridiculous. Dunkin’ needs to seriously retrain this location or replace employees who think treating loyal customers like garbage and lying is acceptable.
