Welcome to Ziegelhof Your Traditional Baden-German Restaurant in Konstanz We are thrilled to welcome you to Ziegelhof in Konstanz! Ziegelhof has a rich history as a restaurant and guesthouse. When the old Egmont brickworks at Gottmannplatz in Konstanz-West-Petershausen were demolished in June 1928, only the canteen, known as the "Ziegelhof," was preserved. The original bowling alley and event hall, fondly remembered by many locals, have made way for the modern residential and commercial area that surrounds Ziegelhof today. For 15 years, Joachim Gretzmeier successfully managed the restaurant. In 2023, Zoran and his wife took over, continuing the tradition with a well-prepared transition.
