Since having our newborn daughter, I have had to switch to a dairy free diet due to her allergy and I’ve found this can be hard for some restaurants to accommodate, but not Bethany Blues. When we sat down, I let our server Stephanie know about the allergy and she looped the manager, Will, in on the allergy. Will went above and beyond by coming over to our table and explaining allergy safe options for me and how their kitchen makes sure not to have any cross contamination issues for all allergies by using fresh equipment, cooking surfaces, and new gloves. I got a 1/2 rack of baby back ribs, fries (separate fryer just for fries to be allergy friendly), and sautéed green beans that they specifically used olive oil instead of butter just for my order. My food came out with an allergy tag on it so that there weren’t any mishaps. On top of that, our server, Stephanie provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to bring our toddler’s food out early and make sure he was happy and content the entire time. This was the best and most stress-free meal I have had since having to switch to dairy free. Thank you so much Stephanie, Will, and kitchen staff!
