  I just tried to grab a quick little meal, and turns out they’re closed and it’s 9pm?! I’m confused because it says that they close at 12am.. definitely won’t be returning to this location.

  We did breakfast ordered through the app. When we went to pick it up through the drive thru, they only had root beer, which means we couldn't get drinks we ordered that we got upcharged on. They forgot one of the sandwiches we ordered. They were also slow. Food was good, but you can't be forgetting item and as much as I like root beer, that can't be the only thing you can offer.

  I just received the work customer service from a manager idell with no teeth. I ordered on the mobile app at 10:16 about 4 minutes away from the store. the app states I have to be there before 10:25 to get my order when I arrive at 10:20 they said oh we stopped running breakfast. It 10:22 they stay it could be a 8 minute wait so I said I will wait. The girl said I will give u ur drinks then u can pull around front and wait. I said ok. This manager comes and says very nasty and rude u can pull around front and wait for ur food. I was nice miss the other girl state she was bringing me my drinks and then I will move. She walks away. Send a different person who say well it will be 20 min wait I said but it only 10:28 ok well I want a refund and very pissed off now who is the other woman and why was she so rude. Now I'm trying to get Wendy's customer service support and the number is acting weird dropping my phone calls. Won't be going there any more.... NO ONE SHOULD GO TO BEAR(4O) WENDY'S SERVICE AND WAIT TIME ARE TERRIBLE!!!

  The person taking the drive thru order was rude I spent 20 minutes waiting and decided to leave never ever got to the window. Plus they put a curb about a foot away from the building so the people in front of me had to reach really far. This location is the worst.

  We used to grab burgers here when it was Hardee's. That restaurant closed. I'm assuming it was because of the bad experience. Order your food, wait in the drive thru line, pay for your meal, only to be told to pull around front and wait longer. Then you finally get home, ready to eat, and the food you ordered was wrong. New revamped building, new product, same problems... I have loved Wendy's since I was a kid and have fond memories of eating as a family in their restaurants. But with experiences like this and spiraling costs, it's hard to justify giving them my business. I hope it gets fixed before it's too late.
