  Tonight was my absolute last time ever going to this location…..every time I’ve tried to give them another chance (because the location is close to home), they screw it up. Overcooked baked potatoes, undercooked burgers…long wait times, laziness. They may or may not have been responsible for a touch of food poisoning I had….i feel like they were. I’ll be taking the drive down rt 40 to the better Wendy’s from now on.

  Avoid this place if you can. I don’t eat Wendy’s. I do ride share deliveries. The wait at this location is enough to avoid it all together. If cancelling the order would not penalize me, I would have saved 40 minutes of my life.

  I will hold judgement since they are a new franchise, but my first experience here left a lot to desire. The person taking the orders was clueless, didn't get the order correct or know how to use the app. The food was slow coming out. I will say the fries were good and the coke was mixed well.

  Worst wendy’s i think i have ever been too the drive thru wait was just ridiculous and they don’t seem to care at all to have you waiting 30+ minutes for mid food to charge you for sauce that they end up forgetting. genuinely confused on what would warrant a wait that long for “fast” food. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all the other locations a lot better.

  Wife and I get into drive through with 2 cars in front of us. Total time 40 minutes. No apologies, no explanations, nothing. Someone who may have been a manager said "oh, you ordered tenders? They take 6 minutes to make." Doesn't explain the other 34 minutes of the wait.
