- JCJayla Chambers-GloverNov 17, 20251.0Please go to any other wendy’s but this location, rude staff, pulled me up for my order and i waited for about 15 minutes, no one ever came out so i went in, while doing so i ordered a ten piece nugget from the kiosk, waited for about another 15 minutes for it, drive thru nor store were busy, one other person waiting for a doordash, she said she was there for about 45 minutes. when i finally get my nuggets the same guy who told me to pull up didn’t even recognize me from the drive thru i just went through, i had to remind him of what i ordered, and it still wasn’t packed and ready. Fast forward to today, i just door dashed a simple frosty and large fry, i only received the fry, dasher tells me they never even gave him the frosty, he gets negative points also for not double checking the receipt. basically don’t waste your time at this location, inefficient, unprofessional, and lack of urgency

Put the cold water bottle in the bag on top of the hot food. Half was cold staff is useless. Don’t bother going here if you want FAST food
