- JSJohn SopkanichNov 17, 20251.0Tonight, I placed an order on the Five Guys website for delivery for two burgers, an order of fries and a milkshake. When the order arrived, I was missing the milkshake. I called the store and told them this and asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said that I called the wrong number because they don’t offer delivery. He then passed the phone to someone else. I spoke to multiple people, one person even arguing telling me it was impossible to have ordered delivery on the five guys website. He told me to call Door Dash or Uber Eats or “whoever I actually ordered from.” When I looked at my text confirmation, it looks like this location uses DoorDash for their delivery service. I contacted DoorDash and they told me to contact the restaurant and so the issue is unresolved. The food was really great, and I don’t mind missing an item as much as I mind the customer service at this location when I called.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
