When the order arrived, I was missing the milkshake. I called the store and told them this and asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said that I called the wrong number because they don’t offer delivery. He then passed the phone to someone else. I spoke to multiple people, one person even arguing telling me it was impossible to have ordered delivery on the five guys website. He told me to call Door Dash or Uber Eats or “whoever I actually ordered from.” When I looked at my text confirmation, it looks like this location uses DoorDash for their delivery service. I contacted DoorDash and they told me to contact the restaurant and so the issue is unresolved. The food was really great, and I don’t mind missing an item as much as I mind the customer service at this location when I called.
