  Hour wait after order. Poor customer service. Then food came out cold after a hour wait. Food was horrible and I’ll never be back. Lost customer after this.

  Placed an order online. Waited forever at the pick up counter to be handed my food. Didn't recieve my two drinks. Fries were stiff as cardboard, and pittifly seasoned. Boneless wings were so small. Very disappointing experience.

  The complete and utter ignorance of the staff on how to behave in the presence of a service dog left me feeling disrespected, discriminated against, and attacked. While the service was excellent, I still left feeling less than, so I believe I am done with this ableist establishment and its discriminatory practices.

  This place was an absolute disaster! Fries came out lukewarm and had to place another order for that. BWW ran out of burgers. The women's restaurant was terrible. Two toilets were clogged with stool. Just a total nightmare. Our server was patient and kind. Drinks were good

  I took my family out to dinner. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Finally get the food ordered. The server disappears. For 45 minutes my family and I sat there waiting. Finally I said something to another server. Our server comes back after we have been sitting for an HOUR!!!!! She comes over and proceeds to say “Oh you don’t have food. I went on my breaks and thought someone would bring it to you.” Excuse me? That is YOUR job. Not the other servers! She brings us the ICE COLD FOOD that had been sitting that whole time!!! You would think she would try to redeem herself to get a decent tip. I tip based on my service not the amount of the check! She proceeds to treat us like crap. Throws the check on the table and walks away. She got $3!!! I have never in my life been treated so poorly! I was a server for a long time and would never treat a guest like that! I have also never tipped less than 20%. I did that night. Never again! I hope she has the days that she deserves. That was wrong!! The manager comes over and basically whispers to us and walks away. I still to this moment have no clue that he said.
