- PCP CumberMar 27, 20262.0I came here yo dine in late afternoon this past Tuesday. To my surprise, I wasn’t even greeted promptly. I noticed two team member during the day on March 24th. Chatting it up. Finally I was asked “what’s up”. Really! Not a “hello, how can I help you?” Music was blaring from the back and collided with the house music from where I chose to sit. I asked three times if the hip hop/rap could be turned down from inside the kitchen area so I can at least enjoy a meal. Nothing happened. Team member went and asked again. Nothing really changed. Finally he asked a “supervisor” I guess to assist. He heard me out then said “it’s been this way since I’ve worked here” and turned the house music off. That wasn’t the issue. The music coming from the kitchen/prep area was the issue. It was ridiculously loud and poor in taste. So I told him he could turn the house music back on and I left/went to Five Guys! This location is unprofessional to say the least. Won’t be back anytime soon. How can you have that music blasting while the house music is playing. No one wants to hear that Mess.

This location will not go far with this person as a manager. He was so rude I could not eat the food i purchased. I didn't want to eat from someone so disgusting. I can understand why they are rated 2.5 on Google. Had i known this before I ordered i would not have ordered. I dont eat from 2.5 locations. I believe this manager hates himself and his job.
