  I had a very upsetting experience at this Wendy’s location today at 4250 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave NE. I came in with my children and politely asked if we could use the restroom. The employees working the counter, who identified themselves as Alicia and Jessica, refused and began snickering and laughing when I asked again if we could use the men’s restroom instead. I even asked if there was any restroom customers could use, including the one staff uses, and they still refused with no attempt to help. What made the situation worse was their complete lack of empathy and professionalism. When I asked for their names, they laughed and would not respond. Only when I asked them in Spanish did they finally provide their names. Being denied a restroom is one thing, but mocking a customer and laughing about it in front of their children is unacceptable customer service. I hope management reviews the cameras and addresses this behavior so other families are not treated this way.

  The food was good, staff was ok, but apparently they dont have a restroom. So if your out traveling wanting to make a pit stop for some food and have a potty brake, go else where. We had to go across the street to McDonald's to use their restrooms after we left the drive thru.
