We got our ticket and waited like everyone else, listening for our number to be called. One by one, people picked up their orders and left… but we were still sitting there, not hearing anything. We heard the staff calling out numbers—and so on—but somehow, they skipped us. Eventually, all the customers were gone, and even the employees stepped away from the counter. At that point, we were confused and wondering, “Where is our order?” So we went up and asked. They checked the receipt and said the order had already been placed somewhere. Honestly, it felt like our order was missed or never called. Just sharing our experience.

If I had one complaint it would be that the smoothie blenders don’t have the drop down plastic covers. This makes blending very loud and I’m positive that staff should have hearing protection at that noise level. Other than that A plus location

Also did it in a timely fashion and was very polite to the rude customers rushing her ! Thank you for making my morning and I pray she gets recognized for her amazing customer service and care for the people.
