She is so sweet and always strikes up a great conversation. I especially love when she’s the one making my bowl—the portions are always perfect, never too little and never too much. I definitely wish I saw her behind the counter more often!

I also want to give a special shout-out to the girl with the blonde highlights—she is incredibly sweet and so easy to talk to. She always makes an effort to strike up a conversation, and honestly, I find myself wishing she was working every time I stop by. Definitely my favorite spot!
- MMMonae MMar 24, 20262.0I love tropical smoothie..but the costumer service needs some tweaking immediately. I walked in for a smoothie, wasn’t greeted at the door, okay fine. Me and another woman were inside she was waiting for her smoothie a guy behind the counter was on food duty i guess and the other was making her smoothie. Once he finished, I greeted him at the register and he immediately responded with, “what can I get you?”. No acknowledgment again to my greeting this time. Told him my order, he made it. An older guy came in was immediately greeted by the guy who made my smoothie and suddenly the guy on “food” duty wasn’t busy anymore and immediately took his order at the register. Needless to say, I probably won’t be back. This location has so much potential, but if costumer service continues to lack you will lose costumers. In this industry you can’t pick and choose when you feel like displaying standard costumer service. Unfortunately, it’s apart of your job.
