  I can’t say enough great things about Angela. She truly helps make this restaurant such a wonderful place to dine. From the moment you walk in, she is warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also making sure guests feel taken care of and comfortable. What really stands out is her professionalism combined with her kindness- she goes above and beyond to create a great experience for everyone. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows in the atmosphere and service. Angela is a huge part of what makes this place so special. Highly recommend!

  First time dinning at this location and first time at any Palm location for many years. It was even better than I remember and exactly the kind of celebratory experience we were seeking. The Porterhouse Steak we shared was cooked to perfection. The Calamari starter was exceptional. The side dish of three-cheese au gratin potatoes awesome like neither of us had experienced anywhere else. The service amazing with our waiter recommending a bottle of wine that was one of the best ever. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough, especially for the place to experience a celebration for any occasion.

  I managed a dinner meeting Wednesday 3/18 and had an outstanding experience at The Palm in Washington, DC. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail that truly elevated the event. A special thank you to the manager, Despina, whose leadership and attentiveness ensured everything ran seamlessly. Melinda, the event coordinator, was incredibly organized and responsive, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The servers—Sean, Jesus, and Mike A—were equally impressive, providing friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service throughout. The venue itself was perfectly suited for the occasion, offering a comfortable and polished atmosphere that struck just the right balance for our event. I would highly recommend The Palm to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming, and professional dining or event experience in DC.
