  I dont normally write reviews but the food here was terrible quality. The salads I ordered showed up all wilted, the bananas were all brown. I ordered a few meals for a client meeting and was embarassed to give it to them. Will not order from here again.

  This location has a serious management problem. The “manager” on duty has been consistently unprofessional, rude, and abrasive over multiple visits. Today was the final straw. The café was nearly empty — no line, no crowd, no operational pressure whatsoever — and within minutes of sitting down, I was sharply told I would need to leave after 45 minutes. The tone was not polite. It was not welcoming. It was hostile and unnecessary. There was no hospitality, no attempt at courtesy, no explanation framed in customer service language. Just an abrupt, combative directive in an otherwise empty store. Panera markets itself as a comfortable, welcoming place to sit, eat, and work. That brand promise completely collapses when the person running the store behaves as though customers are an inconvenience. A manager sets the tone for the entire café. When the tone is irritation and aggression, it damages the experience for everyone. This has not been a one-time bad day. The demeanor has been consistently sharp and unprofessional. Leadership in a customer-facing role requires composure and basic respect. That standard is not being met here. I will not willingly interact with this manager again, and I cannot recommend this location while this individual is representing the brand. Panera deserves better leadership than what is currently on display at this store.

  I'm done with giving this location a chance after my latest bad experience. I haven't order from them in months after my last order was wrong (wrong bread used on sandwich, missing ingredients, missing items from my order). Decided to try again today and order the Steak & Wake breakfast sandwich. Uploaded two photos, one for what I got and one for what the sandwich looks like on their website and one for what I actually got. I've ordered this before from the location near me in VA and this is easily half the meat or less than what it should be. What a ripoff for $8.
