  I recently visited a fast-food restaurant and ordered a Big Arch meal along with a Coke. The cashier, Marvin, informed me of the total cost while I waited. What struck me was Marvin's exceptional charisma, particularly when he assisted an elderly lady. With a warm smile and immense patience, he helped her navigate her order by showing her the menu, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.

  I recently visited my usual McDonald's, where I was served by a friendly staff member named Marvin. When he asked how I was doing, I replied that I was doing great, thanks for asking. Marvin offered to help me with using the McDonald's app, which I wasn't familiar with, and I gladly accepted. His assistance allowed me to save $6 with a 20% discount. I appreciate Marvin's help and hope his efforts will be recognized by the management.

  This is one of the best McDonalds I have visited and surely you too thanks to his employees. Marvin is a young guy who seeks to solve any inconvenience and that’s what the costumer service is about while the quality of their food is very delicious.
