The burger was undercooked, the fries were similarly underprepared, and the Diet Coke had an unusual taste due to an apparent imbalance in the syrup mixture. After I raised my concern about the drink, the only resolution offered was a replacement, which unfortunately had the same issue. Additionally, the condition of the restrooms was unacceptable, as they were noticeably unclean. Overall, the experience fell well below the standard I associate with this brand.
