I started to become a regular at this establishment and thought I found a great place to grab food and watch a game comfortably. However, Saturday night, I experienced the worst customer service ever from a female bartender. Don, took my order and mistakingly put in the wrong number of wings. Easy fix, no big deal. However, Don disappeared and only a female bartender (didn’t get her name nor do I think she would give it based on her attitude… Black hair put up in bun, spoke both English and Spanish, mid 30s) was left to tend. I wanted to make sure that I didn’t mistakingly get someone else’s order as she placed the incorrect food order down in front of us. I informed her that we ordered 12 instead of 6 and just wanted to make sure this was part of our order before I touched the food and potentially caused a headache for someone else. I was met with the most unprofessional behavior and rude attitude/response that was completely uncalled for. This behavior ruined our mood and taste for the restaurant. “Ok, what do you want me to do about it?! I didn’t take your order! Do you want me to put in another one or not?!” (Whisk rolling her eyes and giving nasty looks) This was followed by her completely ignoring us and walking past multiple times while I tried to get another drink. When she finally acknowledged us again I tried to order another drink. She rang it up and never gave it to me (simple bottle beer). Instead we were again ignored and I watched her check in and serve several other people. We finally had enough and felt so uncomfortable that we asked to close out. When I got my bill I was charged for the drink I never got. We then had to wait for it to be corrected after she looked confused when I brought it up. I’ve had a handful of pleasant experiences at this establishment, but service is everything. That was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I would not spend my hard earned money at a place where I’m treated like that nor would I in good faith recommend it. The food I’ve gotten on other occasions including this one have been good when we actually got what we ordered, and Don was very pleasant/personable on Saturday, but you go out for the overall experience. Overall, that experience was overwhelmingly distasteful.

How can you describe yourself as a Sports bar but be closed on Sundays and during the day on Saturday? Odd. Edited after owner comment. My post had a typo which created confusion. It shows up as a sports bar when googling. That is why it seems odd to be closed so much of the weekend. Spirits vs sports!
