  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. As someone who has been drinking Jamba Juice since 2017, this one was an utter disappointment. We came in an hour before closing, only to be told "we only do 'over ice'" aka they had nothing to make smoothies, acai bowls and basically 90% of their entire menu. And the damn "over ice" was 80% ice and barely any lemonda!! An absolute scam and a disgrace.

  My acai bowl was just ok. A bit on the watery side and fruit was slimy, not much granola. Not typical experience that I have at most jamba juice locations.

  I would like to recognize Julie and Carmen at the Jamba Juice located in Washington, D.C. Station for their outstanding service. Both team members consistently demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Julie greets every customer with a warm, positive attitude and handles each order with care and efficiency. Her attention to detail and upbeat personality make every visit enjoyable. Carmen provides equally exceptional service, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and promptly. Her professionalism and welcoming demeanor create a pleasant atmosphere, even during busy periods.
