  I feel like the giant is a pretty decent grocery store. However, a recent change in their parking is completely unacceptable. They used to validate parking but that's not the worst of it. There's a new automated system that simply doesn't work, the app the machine all of it. I wasted 15 minutes of my time to leave the building and I paid $8.50 to be in a store that I paid money for for 21 minutes. This will 100% crush this business. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere

  Today in the afternoon as I enter the store there were two employees (cashiers) line 14 talking to themselves instead of greeting customers. When I was trying to checkout the same two employees and cashier line 13 were focusing in their personal life and wasn’t aware they assisting customers since they didn’t have any customers. I asked if they were open but was ignore. No customer service at all. I proceeded to self checkout instead. This store doesn’t have any good vibe due to some employees doesn’t have any customers service.

  I go here very often since I live right down the block. There are regulars outside and people you see everyday. Today I saw the cops outside the store and the manager there talking with them. It seems like the manager called the cops on a man who’s outside the store every so often. He never is doing harm to anybody and just politely asks for cash. I’ve been going here for years and have never once felt unsafe by him. The manager who I’ve never seen before today just seemed to call the cops over seemingly nothing. I will not be going here again after that. Moms is next door with cheaper salad mix and oat milk anyways.

  I have to throw away a great deal of food which is not fresh and nor edible. Today, shrimps, all mushy. Strawberries not fresh, last week peaches and nectarines, and pears lasted only 2 days. You have to do a better job Giant. I can’t keep loosing money.
