I was advised to go there because they supposedly have a good choice of healthy product but... How can you have 20,000 m² of supermarket and not even one single organic cheese? (Whether milk-based or vegan. We went down the alleys with several workers and there were none) So so little organic products? None of the usual brands of organic coconut yogurt? (Every single supermarket in Brooklyn has at least one of them, and much more organic products and now even the new “regenerative” organic) And you, with 20,000 m², cannot have a decent section with healthy products? A new striking study came out only 5 days ago: What organic advocates have warned for decades is now in Nature Health: Pesticide cocktails cause cancer even when each chemical is deemed safe on its own (Honles et al., Nature Health, 2026) for the first time it is now proved that the combination of pesticides in non-organic products is indeed dangerous. What is called "organic" today should be called "normal food," and what is called "non-organic" today should be called "products with pesticides." I hope you make your organic sessions for every type of product grow little by little and I will change my rating to 5 stars. Organic food is not only much safer; it is also much tastier and with more nutrients. Thank you for reading.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience with my online pickup order placed on 04/05/2026. I arrived at the store 15 minutes early for my scheduled pickup; the app would not allow me to notify the store that I was on my way. I called the store to let them know I was waiting outside and was told I had to come into the store to pick up my groceries. When I asked whether this was a new policy—since the purpose of online pickup is to avoid entering the store—I was simply told, “you need to come inside and pick up your groceries.”
I went inside to retrieve my order and asked again why I was required to come in for pickup. My questions were dismissed by store staff. In addition, I encountered rude behavior from the front door security. As a recurring customer, I was shocked by the dismissive and unprofessional treatment. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Extremely rude and disrespectful security guard. Even the other security guards told me not to worry about that one because she is doing too much and acting very rude and disrespectful to the customers. I see another review talking about the same issue.
