  I have gone frequently and all right, but sometimes the security staff does not allow you to enter if you carry a backpack or bicycles.

  The 2 stars is due to the Kitchen. Around 2:00 on 3/29/26, I stood there waiting for the hot rotisserie chicken to be bagged. The chicken had finished cooking for nearly 10 minutes. There were 3 employees back there. No one inquired as to what I was waiting on, I had to interrupt the only person actually doing something and he said that the taller guy would be bagging the chickens. So I waited. All the while, the taller guy is showing the other colleagues something on his phone. He’s touching the phone will creating the labels. Then he starts dancing. It was a mess! So, I left.

  It does have an odd, off-putting smell to it, not overwhelming, but definitely there. It’s a Giant like many others, slightly more run down

  Who ever the front end manager was on 2/13 needs to be demoted. Very unprofessional spent 15 min helping one customer where she had many people waiting. Self checkout said the cupcakes hadn’t been ringing up all day so why is it 8:00pm and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. I waited 15 min and just broke down and got 2 6 count instead of 1 12. The boy at the front was very apologetic but her she never came over to us not one time.
