The staff was professional, anticipated our needs, and executed a perfect event that surpassed all expectations.   Rafael T was the slowest and rudest bartender. Hey, you choose this line of work so suck it up buttercup. He would never survive in Nashville, Chicago, Phoenix or New York as a bartender. Clearly, customer facing isn’t his thing. Avoid this bartender at all costs.

  I had a reservation at Flight Club D.C. last Sunday (Easter) at 6:30 PM, and unfortunately we never even made it inside due to a very negative first impression. As we were about to walk in, I had a Red Bull can in my hand. A staff member (no introduction, just in a black t-shirt—assuming a doorman or security) approached me in an aggressive tone saying, “trash can is over there.” I asked him to repeat himself because of how abrupt it was, and he responded the same way—still rude and confrontational. I completely understand that outside beverages aren’t allowed, that’s not the issue. I even asked if I could just throw it away inside, but instead of a normal conversation, it turned into an unnecessarily hostile interaction. lack of basic customer service—no greeting, no explanation, no professionalism. Just immediate attitude. Because of how uncomfortable the situation became, my girlfriend and I decided not to go in at all, and our reservation (which cost around $35) went to waste. It’s disappointing because we were genuinely looking forward to trying this place, and I’ve heard great things. But first impressions matter, and this experience completely turned us away. I hope management addresses how guests are approached at the door, because this could easily cost them business.

  I'm terrible at darts but had a blast going here. Highly recommend making reservations for weekend visits if you can. We went during brunch hours, thinking it wouldn't be packed, but was ever so wrong. The varieties of dart games makes it easy to find one that fits your skill level. Food was decent, got the job done. Would definitely go back with a larger group next time.

  This place is great!! Think top gold but with darts, all sorts of games you can play, it takes pictures of your fun. The staff is great, check in about every ten minutes. Even if your the Grinch you will enjoy this
