  Why is it so hard to get good service!?!?! So I walk in this place on Sunday evening and there’s literally three or four people sitting in this place. I placed my order for my food and I’m sitting there waiting. Then the same person who took my order comes up to me and asked me what am I waiting for. I regurgitate the order I just told her two minutes ago and she has no idea where the order is or who’s making it. One of the other guys finally says the order, say that it’s mine, and then she asked me for my receipt. Keep in mind there are four people in this restaurant!!!!!! This grown adult could not figure out, which of the four of us ordered what meal. Then to add to that the buns are soggy and they got my order wrong. And on top of that, everyone knows that you get a large heaping of fries with your order at five guys. My fries were soggy and barely fill the bag. When I tell you, I will never go there again! This job is too easy to mess up THIS BAD.

  Fries were undercooked and something about the burger was just off.. Also, I did not order or want pickles, but received them on my burger anyways..

  On the night of January 4th, around 9:10 p.m., I visited this restaurant to order food with my young daughter. The experience was extremely unpleasant due to the employee’s behavior. From the beginning, the employee was rude, and it was evident that his annoyance was due to our arrival close to closing time, even though the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. While preparing the food, he used profanity and complained to another coworker, telling them that I should go to Chipotle instead, assuming I would not understand the language—when in fact, I understood perfectly. His attitude was discriminatory, disrespectful, and racist. As a result, my daughter felt unsafe and frightened, which is completely unacceptable in a family-oriented establishment. I filed a complaint immediately, but as of today, Tuesday, January 6th, I have not received any response, which only increases my disappointment and frustration. I am deeply disappointed by the treatment we received and believe that this type of behavior should never be tolerated under any circumstances.

  I’ve always loved Five Guys but this visit really stood out because of the team that night, especially Maria. I stopped by on New Year’s Day around 7pm and the energy was just great. Maria went above and beyond. Super kind, super helpful, and genuinely uplifting. The whole team was on point but she really set the tone and made the experience feel welcoming instead of transactional. Food was great as always but it was the service that made me want to come back. Maria truly goes the extra mile and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
