  Hello. Well, I just want to tell you all that the people at this place are extremely rude and arrogant. After all, customers spend their hard-earned money—whether dining in or picking up food—yet they treat you as if they were doing you a favor by giving you the food for free. Anyway, my husband went to pick up a DoorDash order, but it wasn't ready yet. So, he took the opportunity to use the restroom. We carry insulated bags to keep the food nice and warm. Well, he placed the bags on top of a stack of chairs located near the restroom. So, when he returned from the restroom, the bags had been thrown right into the middle of the floor. Then, an African-American employee, asked him if the bags belonged to him. She told him—with a horrible attitude and in a very rude manner—not to just leave them sitting there, but to put them somewhere else instead. My point is this: THAT is absolutely *not* the way to treat customers—whether they are dining in or picking up food for delivery clients. Because whenever we go there, it means that—in one way or another—we are spending money at your establishment; and that spending directly benefits *you*. Consequently, we have made the decision: we will no longer pick up orders from, nor go to eat at, this establishment where the staff is so incredibly rude.

  Incredibly rude service, attitude, cleaning supplies left next to the table. No manager on site! Insane how this place is still open. The fact that i went out of my way to write a review - the first time in 7 years speaks volumes how i felt about this place. Words cannot put in perspective how terrible the experience was. 0/10.

  It was soo good the burgers where so good the service was so speedy I think I got my burger in under 2 minutes 😋 and It was PACKED and they kept the ground so clean cleaning every 5 minutes and a table was always open and CLEAN thank you so much 5 guys

  NO concept of friendliness or customer service. REPORT this location. They also provide cover as workers tamper with food to unsuspecting customers.
