    My experience with this store is from delivery. I am completely addicted to every smoothie. They all hit the spot . Their smoothies are my comfort food. My week is not complete if I do not have a Tropical Smoothie!!

    If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I’ve always loved Tropical Smoothie. my go-to in Alexandria, VA never disappoints. Since moving here, I’ve given this location two chances, and both times the experience has been awful. The smoothies taste harsh and chemical, and the food quality is equally poor. When I told the staff my smoothie tasted like chemicals, no one offered to remake it or even apologize. The customer service is shockingly unprofessional, as if the staff had no training in basic hospitality. I won’t be returning to this or any Tropical Smoothie after these visits. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere (Robeks, South Block or Smoothie King)

    It’s really irritating when you order something and don’t get what you paid for. And that’s happened twice so far for me at this location. The first time I got the complete wrong order and the manager behind the counter was so rude when I let him know there had been a mistake This time I got dates in my smoothie and they literally just dropped the dates in there…. Didn’t even try to blend them up. Definitely first world problems but if I’m paying for something, I want to get what I’m paying for.
