Since moving here, I’ve given this location two chances, and both times the experience has been awful. The smoothies taste harsh and chemical, and the food quality is equally poor. When I told the staff my smoothie tasted like chemicals, no one offered to remake it or even apologize. The customer service is shockingly unprofessional, as if the staff had no training in basic hospitality. I won’t be returning to this or any Tropical Smoothie after these visits. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere (Robeks, South Block or Smoothie King)
