There were three workers there, and a delivery driver from DoorDash asked for an extra cup holder because the one holding his two smoothies was about to break. Instead of helping him, the girl asked him for $5 cash just for a cup holder. He told her it was a DoorDash order, and she still kept asking for money. It was already hard to understand her, and what made the whole thing worse was that I saw her giving extra cup holders and bags to other bike delivery drivers for free cos they r Latinos like her. The way she acted felt unfair and unprofessional. I never thought I would experience something like this at Tropical Smoothie. It really left a bad impression on me, and I hope management pays attention to how customers and delivery drivers are being treated.

One was cleaning while the other was in the restroom. On top of that, strong cleaning chemicals were being used—this should be done after closing. Customers shouldn’t have to inhale chemicals while shopping. This is crazy.
