The Palm in DC is a fantastic spot for a top-notch steakhouse experience. The steaks are perfectly cooked, the seafood is fresh, and the portions are generous. The service is professional and welcoming, and the old-school atmosphere , with the famous caricatures on the walls , gives the place a lot of character. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but perfect for celebrations, business dinners, or when you want a reliably great meal. Highly recommended!

Our server, Sean (Shawn?) was very attentive without being annoying, atmosphere was nice except for some really loud tables near us. The food was mixed. The lobster ravioli was fishy and I was not a fan of my osso bucco, but Sean offered to strike it from the check and put in a different order for me. I apologized and he was very reassuring. The orange creme brulee was fantastic, the sugar wasn't burnt and the creme wasn't eggy. It was expensive, don't know when I would be able to afford going again anytime soon but the staff was lovely.

It’s a nice quiet restaurant with great service but that’s it. I had high hopes for this restaurant till I had my food. The food is on par with restaurants like Outback. I personally think even long horn has better steaks for the price. There are much better restaurants in DC for the prices Palm charges for the steaks and sides. My steak, sides and the key lime pie were just ok or even mediocre in my opinion! Nothing special!

Was not acknowledged by unattended front of the house for 7 minutes with a empty dining room during lunch no excuse. Finally sat down to 1 week old bread service. BREAD IS TASTELESS AND HARD. How is this a 4.4 rating? Not deserved. Asked quietly and was told manager is upstairs. This is a once upon a time not a here and now restaurant. There are better options. Whenever you have to flag down employees to be seated its an indication the restaurants standards have slipped. Food is ok starting to have a Burger King franchise feel in terms of food quality. Chicken Parm is dry with tomato water and mozzarella melted over thin dry meat. Suggestion let the lead chef cook dont let line cooks execute the dish its very obvious. My waiter was a great guy I felt bad for him having to deliver unedible food. Bad food!
