  This was our first time dining at Oceanaire Seafood Room. We arrived for an early dinner ahead of a concert at the Warner Theater. The reviews were positive, menu variety wide, and fairly priced for an upscale RC restaurant. Bottom line...are high expectations were exceeded by the service, food quality and taste. Our server, Luis (Alex), helped guide us through the menu, taking care to understand our interests and recommending a main course and desert. We ordered the Crab Louie Capellini, Chilean Sea Bass à la Louie, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Flourless Chocolate Torte. The main dishes were exceptionally delectable. Everything was fresh and prepared perfectly. The deserts were no exception. We will bring our family here so they can enjoy the same experience!

  We celebrated my birthday & picked this restaurant for dinner. Our server Paige was the best server ever. She was helpful, knowledgeable, energetic, extremely accommodating, & made the experience exceptional.

  The staff were so sweet and caring. Ronny, the manager, is amazing. He answered all our questions and has such good charisma and morale. Paige our server had so many good recommendations, answered all our questions and was accommodating to everything we needed. It was fine dining with the family experience. Give these two a raise!! And ask for Paige if you can. You won’t be disappointed by coming here. This was truly the best dining experience!

  Ronnie or Ronny (spell check) is the epitome of what a manager of a place of upscale should be! He made us feel special, celebrated, and made sure that our experience was nothing short of amazing!! He recommended the crab cakes and they were so good! Our server Paige was knowledgeable and recommended the dish that I ordered and LOVED! I just moved here from Indiana, there is an Oceanaire there, and this place blew the Indiana location OUT OF THE WATER!!! Ronnie/Ronny and Paige need raises!!! They are AMAZING!!! please come here, yall! You will not regret it. Ask for Paige and if Ronnie is working, he will be around to talk to you because he is amazing and you can truly tell that he is an intentional manager. Thank you, Paige and Ronnie! You’ve earned my business for life.

  My husband made a 9:30 PM Valentine’s Day reservation at The Oceanaire Seafood Room well in advance — this location is special to us because it’s where he proposed. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lobby was overcrowded and disorganized. We were seated at a very small table crammed into the walkway, with no room for my purse, coat, or flowers. We asked to be moved and were told they would “see what they could do,” but no one followed up. Meanwhile, other couples seated after us were moved to booths. We didn’t receive our food until around 11 PM. I do appreciate our waiter, Elmer, and Ms. Donna Seals for their professionalism. However, management handling of the evening fell short — especially for a restaurant we dine at multiple times a year.
