  I come here because its across the street from my job. Today I came in and asked to use the restroom and was told “I have never seen you before why dont you go somewhere else” Mind you I have never seen him either so Im confused as to what difference that makes but then he said that Im lying about being a customer. He said he is the only person that works there so its impossible that someone else made my orders before…..I pulled up all of my orders (because I make them online via the app and then walk across the street from MY JOB to pick it up) and he refused to look at the orders and called me a liar again. I dont know his name but I left respectfully he is an older guy. You don’t call a grown man a liar especially if he has proof that he is not lying unless you want to be punched in your face

  We ordered a pick up here. Since it was cold outside, planned to dine in. But person who was serving was not happy, he looked in to time and reluctantly told ok. And about food sauces were not added entirely, it was only at center. Since we dined in, I showed sauce was not there in most part of sandwich. He was not happy, and filled remaining bread full with sauce. Couldn't eat it. Avoid it if you have other options.

  I ordered a new sandwich today. TURHAMKEN. The guy with the glasses did not want to add the rotisserie chicken which clearly states in the advertisement. I told him it came with chicken than he said it was incorrect. He became a little rude. I told him to take off the stuffing. This guy has been rude before and honestly I'm done with going to this subway. I just want to know why he is rude and why he doesnt want to put the chicken on? Pic attached.

  The guy behind the desk with glass on his eye was so RUD and IMPOLITE he is a disaster for subway customer service he must be fired.

  Borderline racist!!!!! My husband went in to get a drink and the cashier questioned why he was in there and was acting like he was a criminal. Learn how to greet paying customers never coming back here!!!! They profiled him
