- JDJeff DacanayJun 10, 20251.0**AWFUL EXPERIENCE**Would have given zero stars if it was an option. Ordered through app and said my order will be ready at 7:55AM. Arrived at 7:50AM with one customer in line. I didn't see my pick up order ready so I waited. 7:55AM he helped the next customer who was nice enough to ask if I needed to be helped next. Subway rep said I had an online order but continued to help the 2nd and 3rd customer. It's 8:12AM and I saw him making sandwiches. Asked him, "Are you only starting my order now?" and he confirmed. He said the walk-in customers have priority over online pick-ups. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Told him to cancel my order and wasn't the least bit apologetic. Never coming back to this restaurant. Hope other Subway restaurants don't operate this way. **UPDATE** I did not receive the sandwiches and cancelled the order. But it was still billed to my credit card. This Subway restaurant is shady.
