I’m a frequent customer who comes to this location often—if you check your system, you’ll see I’ve been there three days straight this week. Today, around 12:15–12:16 PM, I came in to pick up my online order. I had forgotten to grab the Pepsi bottle that came with my order, so I purchased a small Sprite cup and then grabbed a Pepsi bottle from the refrigerator.
When I returned to the counter literally two minutes later, the employee working—someone I’ve never seen before—asked to see my receipt. She already had my receipt in her hand, and even another customer behind me said, “Just give her the soda, she’s showing you her receipt.” The employee insisted that she only gave me the Sprite cup and acted as if I was trying to take something I didn’t pay for.
I even opened my Subway app to show her everything, because there was absolutely no reason for this to become a situation. She had just seen me, acknowledged the two drinks earlier, and then suddenly couldn’t remember. It was embarrassing and felt like she was implying I was trying to get something for free—which is not who I am. I always pay for what I get.
I’ve worked in the food industry, and this type of behavior would have gotten me written up or even terminated. Please speak with your employees about basic customer service and treating customers with respect. This experience was unnecessary and unprofessional.

So I literally just walked out. The little lady is working alone and is rude and dismissive. I was just left standing at the counter while she continued to make other people's food. And not even a hello, I'll be with you shortly... nothing. Not her first time. And then she gets into an exchange with a pick up driver. At least she acknowledged him. Do better people
