- MSmiyah scottJan 15, 20251.0my coworker went to this store today at 11:15am and ordered 2 meals of the day. I was on the phone with her the whole time to ensure my sandwich was correct. They were put on the wrong bread and was cold once she returned with our sandwiches. we initially accepted the wrong bread but once we took a bite out of them is when we noticed they were cold. I called the store immediately to get them remade correctly and toasted. i didn't get any names but the man i spoke to told me to bring them back and he would toast them, i said well we did not eat them and that is cross contamination. I walked back to the store and said the told him how they were just on the wrong bread and they were cold. the lady who made the sandwiches wrong when my co worker was there came to the front and said my coworker was on the phone so she didn't be clear to her. i expressed that i was the one she was on the phone with and i heard her tell you multiple times and it was still wrong and she tried to go back and forth i expressed I'm not going back and forth about it we paid money for our food and we want what we paid for to be correct. the man made it correctly and toasted it extra. however he too tried to be combative with me saying "next time you come not her because she was on the phone talking talking talking, i give it to u this time but next time i will not". I said sir there should not be a next time if it was done correctly the first time and again its no need to go back and forth i heard everything that was said and it was still done wrong. we frequently go to this store and usually never have an issue so for it to be this way it makes me not want to come back because of the lack in customer service and lack of professionalism was unacceptable.
