  Nayah was attentive, polite and checked for allergies! Our first time in the state and city with our family and we went straight here within the hour. To say the least we loved it!

  30 minutes for a burger, broken soda machine, no lemonade, unpleasant service, and we missed tipoff. Not coming back.

  Smelled disgusting upon entry, the people who worked there the following onen were rude, mean looks on faces and unwelcoming. The smell in the restaurant just arunk and it was dirty so our group didn't eat there.

  Ordered a burger ate, was great ordered another truffle mushroom burger, took 30 minutes, asked staff, one of the cooks said she didn’t get a ticket, told me I didn’t pay for it, staff who rang me up told her I did. She refused to make my food, I showed my receipt on my Apple Pay, she bitched and complained louder, embarrassed and humiliating me in front of the lunch rush. She finally made my food and put it in a to go bad as my order was to stay. I got the message I was not welcomed, next time I come to visit from out of town I will avoid this neighborhood entirely. All the other staff were wonderful, your one line cooked ruined my experience, I will never eat at a Smash Burger again, your business will never have my business.

  Hi i dont know if this is an app problem or store specific problem but i had selected in the smashburger app when ordering because it lets me for smash tots with my shrimp basket, upon pickup and checking my order before leaving i see i have regular fries i ask the manager and he loudly tells me the shrimp basket only comes with regular fries i said ok but im still missing my scorchin tots he then says youre not listening it only comes with fries i said ok but im still missing my scorchin tots ! the cook chimed in as well to echo the manager to which i again said ok but im still missing my tater tots that i ordered seperately they finally check the order screen and proceed to get the tots, then when i left to eat the meal i noticed two addittional missing items that i didnt catch because i had to argue for my tots, my kids meal did not get its kids fry or apple juice! this was a horrible experience the only bright light was the young lady with the bright auburn hair she was helpful while the other two visble members were not , i dont know if this error is due to lack of staffing ( more members needed on shift) or just carelessness but for the prices charged this is completely unacceptable and I hope that this is not the smashburger standard! The 3 stars are for the cashier she was good the experience overall remains a 0
