I’ve been a regular and the service has always been great, but today a new staff member was arrogant and disrespectful, even saying that “starting today everything here is going to be different.” The bread was terrible, and the overall vibe didn’t meet the standards we expect in the Brookland community. Who is this new person? I though that I was in a low cafeteria in Anacostia. I hope management addresses this quickly so the place can get back to its usual quality.
